Amber Davis
CEO
Amber’s path to owning a utility company was almost pre-ordained as she spent her youth traveling with her lineman father all around the United States and Carribean.
Amber spent some time as a stay-at-home mom and substitute teacher, then founded JJM Power in 2021. Amber handles human resources, purchasing, maintenance.
JM Power has experienced steady and stable growth and is continuing to grow.
Joe and Amber, both heavily involved with 4-H, have a 500-acre farm in addition to 120 more acres with 60 head of beef cattle.
Joe Davis
COO
Joe manages day-to-day operations, including estimating, scheduling, planning, contracts with utilities and financials.
Joe became a lineman in 2008 and has worked coast-to-coast learning different practices. He worked his way up to superintendent over the next decade before he and Amber established JJM Power in 2021.
He enjoys working and playing around the farm with his family.
Ryan Williamson
VP of Operations
Ryan stepped into the role of Vice President of Operations at JJM Power in 2026, bringing with him a robust background and a passion for the outdoors. In his capacity, Ryan oversees all operational aspects, ensuring efficiency and excellence across the board. Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan is a dedicated family man, balancing his executive responsibilities with raising two children. His commitment to his community is further demonstrated through his volunteer work, where he enjoys coaching, fostering teamwork and development in the next generation.
Maverick Steffes
Tool Manager
Maverick manages all tool needs for JJM Power, including tool inventory, ordering, supplies for the fleet and managing the yards across the country. He maintains all equipment to required specifications, including handling third-party testing of equipment.
Maverick was a heavy machine operator for six years before joining JJM Power.
He spends his time either with his family or fishing and hunting.
Billy Rogers
Fleet Manager
Billy has been with JJM Power since it was established in 2021.
He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2009 and trained as a diesel mechanic. After eight years in the Army, including two tours in Afghanistan, Billy left the Army and started working in the utility industry. He worked at Altec and Sturgeon Electric as a fleet mechanic before joining JJM.
Billy enjoys restoring old cars and spending time with his family.
